We are committed to providing the highest quality services and believe you will be extremely satisfied with all services we provide. We do understand that, while very unlikely, there is a chance that sometimes our services may not meet your expectations. Services must be paid for before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds or adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with ACL requirements.

If a service is not delivered as agreed or is materially different from the description, you may request a resolution or refund within 14 days of the service delivery date.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds will only be issued to Australian bank accounts in the name of the purchaser.

Certain services may not be eligible for refunds if the service has already been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed terms.

We reserve the right to inspect any service-related submissions or outputs before approving refunds or adjustments.

 

Order Acceptance and Confirmation

Synergisation reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order for services at our discretion.

Confirmation of your order does not constitute acceptance; it simply confirms receipt.

If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly to the original payment method.

 

Pricing and Adjustments

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Synergisation reserves the right to change pricing for services at any time and correct any errors.

If a price adjustment applies within 14 days of your purchase, you may request a credit or refund of the difference.

Our services are often and usually tailored to our individual customers and our prices are often similarly tailored accordingly.

 

Service Delivery

Services are generally delivered according to the agreed timeline. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, and Synergisation is not liable for such delays.

You are responsible for providing accurate information required for service delivery.

Title and risk in services transfer upon delivery of the agreed outputs.

 

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under the ACL, including guarantees relating to services being delivered with due care and skill, fit for purpose, and as described.

Consumers may seek remedies through NSW courts or relevant tribunals if statutory guarantees are not met.

 

Data Protection

By engaging our services, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and storage of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We handle your data responsibly and securely. You agree that we may share and transfer information and data to our other Synergisation group of companies. We do not sell or re-sell your information.
