Michelle Griffin is a founder, managing partner, and CEO of Synergisation.

Michelle began her career in procurement, relocating to the Gold Coast in 2017 as part of significant career progression. She was quickly recognised for her capability and performance, becoming a highly sought after professional across multiple industries.

She later played an integral role in founding and managing an international talent agency representing actors, voice actors, models, singers, and other performers. In this role, Michelle was responsible for talent representation, recruitment and onboarding, operational systems and processes, and the day to day management of the agency.

After working with some of the world’s largest multinational organisations, Michelle shifted her focus toward entrepreneurship.

This ultimately led to the co-founding of Synergisation, where she now works alongside business owners and entrepreneurs at all stages of starting, growing, and scaling their businesses.

Michelle is driven by a desire to be the mentor, growth partner, and source of support she did not always have earlier in her career. She believes in putting people first, achieving meaningful results, and leading with honesty, integrity, compassion, and empathy.

With experience and success across real estate, hospitality, food services, chemical manufacturing, talent acquisition, and management, Michelle brings a broad and practical perspective to every business she works with.
