Craig Griffin is a founder and managing partner of Synergisation.

Before founding Synergisation, Craig worked as a Business Development Manager within the workplace training and education sector. In this role, he was responsible for driving growth through new opportunities, strategic partnerships, sales and client relationships, growth planning, brand development, and expansion into new markets.

Prior to training and education, Craig owned and operated his own real estate agency, specialising in coastal homes and investment properties. The agency built a strong reputation through a clear focus on honesty, integrity, and putting clients first.

Before his work in real estate, Craig was the founder and CEO of a successful international talent agency representing actors and entertainers. 

Craig also spent 10 years working as a professional screen and voice actor, after beginning his career in marketing within the entertainment industry.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Business in Management with a focus on Business Marketing from Griffith University, along with a Diploma of Business from Queensland TAFE.
